Pendidikan merupakan teras utama bagi perkembangan sosial dan ekonomi sesebuah negara. Di Malaysia, sektor pendidikan memainkan peranan penting dalam membentuk generasi masa depan yang mampu menyumbang kepada kemajuan negara. Guru sebagai agen pendidikan adalah individu yang bertanggungjawab dalam mencorak hala tuju dan pembentukan pemikiran serta sikap pelajar. Oleh itu, Penglibatan Kerja (work engagement) dalam kalangan guru menjadi isu yang amat penting untuk diteliti, kerana ia bukan sahaja mempengaruhi prestasi pengajaran dan pembelajaran, tetapi juga kesejahteraan mental dan fizikal guru itu sendiri. Penglibatan Kerja merujuk kepada tahap komitmen dan tenaga yang diberikan oleh seseorang dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Guru yang terlibat sepenuhnya dalam pekerjaannya mampu meningkatkan motivasi pelajar, meningkatkan kualiti pendidikan, dan mengurangkan kadar perolehan guru (Bakker & Demerouti, 2018).

The ascendance of women's entrepreneurship constitutes a fundamental catalyst for economic diversification and social innovation within Oman and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). This investigation explores the function of supportive organizations in reformulating the entrepreneurial ecosystem for women by confronting obstacles such as restricted access to financial resources, cultural impediments, and challenges associated with market penetration. Through initiatives encompassing mentorship, educational programs, and professional networking, female entrepreneurs have achieved notable advancements in fields such as financial services, digital commerce, and sustainable agricultural practices. Prominent individuals, including Omani entrepreneurs Shamsa Al Salami and Laila Al Harthi, in conjunction with GCC leaders such as Mona Ataya, Fatima Al Khulaifi, and Princess Reema bint Bandar, have pioneered transformative enterprises that not only create employment opportunities but also establish global standards. Notwithstanding these accomplishments, persistent challenges including regulatory barriers and market resistance remain, thereby underscoring the necessity for more robust policies and ongoing support. This study enriches the dialogue surrounding gender-inclusive economic development, providing valuable perspectives for policymakers and stakeholders aimed at enhancing resilience and fostering innovation through enterprises led by women.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, its applications in the creative industries—spanning artistic creation, graphic design, architectural design, and digital media art—have expanded significantly. AI not only revolutionizes traditional creative workflows but also introduces novel tools and possibilities for artists and designers. This systematic literature review aims to examine the current state of AI adoption in the creative industries, analyze its impact on artistic practices, design innovation, and commercial operations, and identify both the transformative potential and critical challenges posed by this technology. By synthesizing findings from peer-reviewed studies, industry reports, and case analyses, the review highlights AI’s capacity to enhance creative efficiency through generative models like GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) and automated design tools. However, it also uncovers pressing debates surrounding the redefinition of authorship, ethical dilemmas in AI-generated content, and legal ambiguities in intellectual property. Key findings reveal that while AI demonstrates remarkable potential in optimizing creative processes (e.g., reducing design iteration time by 40% in architectural projects), its reliance on biased training data and the erosion of human-centric creative control remain significant concerns. Future research should prioritize the development of ethical frameworks, hybrid human-AI collaboration models, and culturally inclusive algorithms to ensure sustainable integration of AI within the creative ecosystem.

A quantitative survey involving 250 teachers from PE 70 and various specialties assessed the "Skills Workshops" program in primary education. Most teachers showed a positive attitude towards innovative programs, recognizing their significant contribution to learning objectives, while a smaller percentage remained cautious. Teachers emphasized the importance of students' active participation and viewed training and support as crucial for the success of new initiatives. They also highlighted the necessity of having specialized teachers consistently present in schools and recommended improvements in the duration and frequency of the workshops. Gender differences were noted, with female teachers being more open to new methods and valuing training more highly, while male teachers expressed concerns about the practical implementation and effectiveness of these programs. Age and experience also played roles, as younger and less experienced teachers showed more acceptance and enthusiasm for innovative programs. Overall, teachers believed in the potential of the "Skills Workshops" but stressed the need for ongoing improvement and support.

The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of Music and dance education on the physical well-being of primary school Learners within Mampong Municipality in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. A sample of 60 students from selected Schools within the Municipality was selected using a random sampling procedure. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data from the respondents. The study revealed that Music and dance education has a positive impact on students' physical well-being, improving physical fitness, energy levels, and overall happiness. The findings suggest that dance education can be a valuable tool for promoting physical activity and well-being among primary school students. The study recommends integrating diverse physical activities, including dance, into school curricula, allocating funding for equipment and facilities, providing teacher training, engaging parents and the community, and regular assessments and evaluations to enhance the impact of dance education on students' physical well-being.

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the current situation of students’ self-efficacy on career decision-making of engineering undergraduate students at Nanning University. 2) To provide a guideline for enhancing students’ self-efficacy on career decision-making of engineering undergraduate students at Nanning University. The sample group of this study was 375 engineering undergraduates from Nanning University. The research instruments were questionnaire and structured interviews. The statistics to analyze the data were percentage, average value, and standard deviation. The results were found that:1) The state of the students’ self-efficacy on career decision-making of engineering undergraduate students at Nanning University was at a high level. Considering the results of this research aspects ranged from the highest to lowest level were as follows: the highest level was intrinsic motivation, followed by external support, and the lowest level was communication and feedback.2) Guidelines for improving the students’ self-efficacy on career decision-making of engineering undergraduate students at Nanning University: 2.1) Students first need to strengthen their own awareness. 2.2) Enhance the analysis of the characteristics of engineering majors to provide students with personalized career decision-making support. 2.3) Integrate digital technology to improve the effectiveness of career decision-making course quality assessment. 2.4) Increase investment in both software and hardware to strengthen support and guarantees. 2.5) Improve the digital literacy of teachers responsible for career support and management. 2.6) Strengthen the unified coordination among the university, society, and government.

This study investigates the integration of traditional Chinese lacquer painting techniques with contemporary oil painting, focusing on kite imagery as a vehicle for expressing symbolic fusion and material innovation in Sino-Malaysian cultures. Grounded in the theoretical framework of Cultural Hybridization, the research examines how techniques such as eggshell mosaic, mother-of-pearl inlay, and lacquer piling can be combined with oil painting methods to create a new visual language that bridges Eastern and Western artistic traditions. A studio-based, iterative research approach was employed, involving systematic material experimentation, self-critical reflection, and regular contextual reviews. Digital pre-production techniques were also used to deconstruct and reassemble traditional kite motifs from both Malaysia and China, ensuring balanced compositional integration. The findings reveal that the hybridization of lacquer and oil painting techniques not only enhances the tactile and chromatic qualities of the artworks but also enriches their symbolic depth. Artworks such as Dialogue of Kites No.1 and Dialogue of Kites No.2 demonstrate that the interplay between the reflective, layered textures of lacquer and the dynamic color gradations of oil paint produces a ―temporal duality‖ where historical craftsmanship coexists with modern artistic innovation. The research confirms that such intermedial practices effectively convey cross-cultural narratives, positioning kites as transcultural symbols that embody themes of aspiration, freedom, and identity. This study contributes to expanding the material lexicon of contemporary painting and offers a replicable model for integrating traditional techniques with modern media. The insights gained not only underscore the transformative potential of material innovation in art but also provide a framework for further exploration of mixed-media practices in globalized cultural contexts.

The study analyzes the role of senior management in the development of dynamic capacities in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Fresnillo, Zacatecas, to strengthen their sustainable competitiveness. These capabilities allow organizations to adapt and respond to market changes, integrating resources strategically. In a region where 90% of economic units are SMEs and dependence on the mining sector limits diversification, transformational leadership is key to fostering innovation and organizational learning. A mixed methodology was used, combining surveys and interviews with executives of companies with at least three years of operation. The analysis revealed that dynamic capabilities are highly correlated with strategy, organization, resources, and technology. In particular, the ability to adapt showed the greatest relationship with strategy (r=0.857), which suggests that clear and flexible planning facilitates the response to changes in the environment. The study concludes that SMEs that develop dynamic capabilities, such as absorption, innovation and learning, show a greater capacity to adapt and grow in changing markets.

Despite its application in art classrooms, virtual reality is becoming one of the significant tools in terms of the pedagogical shift. This systematic review compiles findings from 14 peer-reviewed studies retrieved from Scopus. Interdisciplinary studies addressing pedagogical potentials, technological limitationsand curricular implications of VR emerged from keyword searches of ―virtual reality‖ and ―art education‖.The analysis highlights the potential for VR to enhance art. VR facilitates creativity, engagement, with three dimensional virtual spaces, digital art world, and the world of museums. Studies emphasise its function in democratising accessby granting them remote access to cultural resources and experimental techniques. Generic methodologies that underpin both analog and digital practices are facilitated by VR.But there are important barriers that prevent equitable adoption. Technical barrierslike expensive hardware, complex software, and a need for specialized traininglimit accessibility, and worsen resource disparities. Pedagogical issues include patchy curricular integration, an absence of evidence-based guidelines, and possible cognitive overload with navigating immersive interfaces. Critics additionally wonder if VR gives worthwhile contributions to skill learning, or if it serves as an interesting toy over its becoming a potentially vital facet of artistic evolution, citing reduced tactile interaction and lack of long-term creativity manifestations.The potential of VR to revolutionise art education is exciting but any such implementation will need to overcome technological, pedagogical and socioeconomic hurdles. Longitudinal studies should be prioritised to measure skill retention, whilst the development of standard pedagogic guideline and investigation of cost-effective solutions for marginalised institutions would each be beneficial for future planned research. Educators, technologists and policymakers must work together to ensure that VR is used ethically and equitably. By overcoming these barriers, VR can transition from an auxiliary resource to a central pillar of inclusive, international art education, allowing varied learners to interact with art in meaningful ways.

Taiwan’s Early Childhood Education & Care Curriculum Framework, which was formally implemented in 2017, claims that preschool teachers must promote their professional development to improve young children’s learning. In early childhood education, the main participants—young children and educators—play a vital role in educational activities. Therefore, discussions on preschool teachers’ professional development must consider both young children and educators for effectively enhancing the quality of preschool education, and enrich young children’s learning experiences, and promote their well-being among them.

Horizontal gender segregation in Taiwanese preschools is an important area of inquiry because it shapes young children’s perceptions of gender from a young age. This segregation is often subtle but pervasive, reinforcing traditional gender norms through structured activities, toy preferences, and peer interactions. This article explores some strategies to reduce horizontal gender segregation in Taiwanese preschools. Some practical strategies are as follows: (1)Gender-neutral teaching activity design; (2)Diverse teaching materials; (3)Cooperative learning; (4) Open and flexible play areas; (5) Gender-neutral toys and materials; (5) Mixed seating arrangements; (6) Use inclusive language; (7) Encourage young children to explore new interests; (8)Reflect and adjust teaching behaviors; (9) Family and community collaboration; (9) Engage in conversations with parents; (10) Invite diverse role models; (11) Gender-inclusive curriculum guidelines; (12) Teacher training; (13) Evaluation and improvement. By implementing these strategies, early childhood education can move toward a more inclusive environment where young children learn and grow together in diverse settings.

This research paper presents a case study on customer acceptance of AI-based smart home energy management systems in Vietnam. With the escalating focus on energy efficiency and sustainable living, the adoption of smart technologies has gained substantial popularity. Drawn upon the integration of three frameworks: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) and Artificially Intelligent Device Use Acceptance (AIDUA) model, this study explores the willingness of Vietnamese customers to accept AI-based smart home energy management systems. The research findings, derived from 307 responses of Vietnamese customers, reveal an increasing interest in smart home energy management systems in Vietnam and identifies Perceived Compatibility as the most crucial factor influencing both Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. Furthermore, both Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use are proven antecedents to Emotions, which eventually influences Customer’s Intention to Use. The insights derived from this research can aid policymakers, technology developers, and marketers in formulating effective strategies to promote widespread adoption of AI-based smart home energy management systems, thereby fostering sustainable energy consumption, and contributing to a greener future for households in Vietnam.
