Teacher performance is in the spotlight in efforts to improve the quality of education, but teacher performance is often suboptimal, various factors, including lesson planning, leadership, and work climate influence teacher performance. Practices in the field show that many teachers, especially at the madrasah level, often make lesson plans only to fulfill administration. In addition, previous studies have shown mixed results regarding the influence of leadership and work climate on teacher performance. Some studies found a significant influence, while others showed a weaker influence. However, research that examines all three factors simultaneously is still limited, especially in the context of madrasah education in Indonesia.This study aims to fill the gap in research by analyzing the influence of lesson planning, madrasah principal leadership, and work climate on MTs teacher performance in the Madrasah Working Group 2environment in Semarang Regency. This study uses a quantitative research approach. 163 educators at KKM2 Semarang Regency were used as research samples. Data were collected using the proportional random sampling method. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Partial least squares (PLS) analysis was used to examine the value of the dependent variable based on the value of the independent variable in data analysis for hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that partially, learning planning, leadership of the madrasah principal, and work climate have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Work climate has the largest coefficient of influence on teacher performance. This study provides important implications for policymakers, madrasah principals, and teachers in designing interventions to improve the quality of education. Policymakers must design more integrated teacher professional development programs, provide leadership training for madrasah principals, and create a conducive work environment to increase teacher motivation and productivity.

In recent years, researchers have been paying increasing attention to the properties of freshwater and marine algae. Marine biomass is considered an important resource for the pharmaceutical industry, cosmetology, as a raw material for the extraction of biologically active substances (vitamins, sterols and collagen), biofertilizers and preparations for wastewater treatment. [1,2,3,4]
The Caspian Sea is rich in algae. Among them, blue-green, diatom, red, brown, charophytes and others predominate. This group includes Cladophora sericea(CS), Cladophora vagabunda (CV) (L.) [5] C. vagabunda (КВ) is widespread in open and surf-protected shores along the entire coast of the Eastern Caspian. It grows attached to rocky slabs [6].
The composition of Cladophora vagabunda, Cladophora glomerata and Vaucheria sp. contains phenolic compounds, chlorophyll and b-carotinoids, proteins and carbohydrates, the amount of which depends on the taxon of algae and the type of extracts [7].
The antimicrobial (against Staphylococcus aureus), cytotoxic (against choriocarcinoma cells (JAR) and normal fetal lung fibroblast cells - MCF-7) activity of acetone and ethanol extracts of C. glomerata and Vaucheriain vitro has been studied comparatively recently. The chemical composition, antibacterial and cytotoxic effects of extracts from Cladophora representatives allow us to assume their immunomodulatory activity. However, in the available literature we did not find information on the effect of extracts from algae and, in particular, CV on the functional activity of mammalian immunocompetent cells [8,9,10].
The aim of the present study was to investigate the Caspian seaweed Cladophora vagabunda decoction and cryoextract’influence on spontaneous (SM) and bronchoalveolar antigen (BAAG) induced blood leukocytes migration activity (LMA) in vitro.

The present research explores the Level of Empathy among Married Men and Women. Empathy in marriage is putting yourself in your partner's shoes as they vent by remembering all the variables that make them who they are. Empathy allows you to better connect with people‟s thoughts and feelings and also makes you a more pleasant person to be around.Therefore the study included Married Couples in the age range of 35-50 years (N=60) as they would be in the stage where they manage Work-role adjustments, Adjusting on pattern of authority, Financial adjustment, Social and Psychological Adjustment. Since marital roles of husband and wife are reciprocally intertwined, the attitudes and actions of each partner affect the role performance of the other. Multidimensional Emotional Empathy Scale (MDEES) developed by Caruso & Mayer (1998) was used to measure empathy. Out of 60 participants, there were 30 women and 30 men participants. t-test was used to analyze the differences of empathy between the variables using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The obtained result 1.4 shows that there is no significant difference between Married men and Married women participants in Level of Empathy. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that Married Couples had an average level of empathy.

Paper Title | :: | Harnessing IoT and Blockchain for Sustainable Agriculture Practices: A Comprehensive Exploration |
Author Name | :: | Dr. Vipin Kumar Bagria |
Country | :: | India |
Page Number | :: | 57-64 |
This study explores the potential of integrating Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain technologies in promoting sustainable agriculture practices in Rajasthan, India. The research examines how IoT-based solutions, such as smart irrigation systems and crop health monitoring, can optimize resource use, particularly in water-scarce regions, while enhancing agricultural productivity. Moreover, blockchain technology is analyzed to improve supply chain transparency, ensure fair pricing, and reduce inefficiencies such as post-harvest losses. The Bologna Declaration (1999) was the beginning of an important cooperation between the participating countries regarding changes in their higher education systems. The goal was to facilitate mobility within European countries for studies and work, support cooperation among higher education institutions and increase institutions’ internationalization, attracting students from all over the world. The monitoring and updating of the proposals was continuous, with conferences of the competent Ministers taking place at regular intervals, with most recent the one in Tirana (2024). The initial points of the Bologna Declaration remain, and recent ones added, to meet the needs of the institutions and societies. At this article, we will observe the initial points of the Bologna declaration and their evolution through the declarations of the eleven conferences of ministers responsible for education until recently, pointing out the most important changes, as well as the impact the Bologna Process had worldwide and how the stakeholders reacted to the implemented changes.

This study investigates how personality traits influence self-efficacy among tennis coaches, integrating insights from 242 participants using quantitative methods. Findings reveal that stress management, conscientiousness, and emotional stability are critical to coaching effectiveness. Social support and adaptability emerge as significant predictors of self-efficacy, while demographic analyses underscore variances linked to gender, age, and work environment. This research highlights the need for structured interventions focusing on emotional resilience and continuous development to enhance professional performance in sports coaching.
